In November 2016 IVP have successfully tested the last modification of Autonomous Pumping Module (APM) which is considered as an ideal solution for small and medium size blasting operations where using ordinary MMUs is too costly or inefficient. Very compact unit is designed for pumping straight emulsion at minimum discharge rate 150 kg per minute.
Empowered by the own diesel engine this module can be installed on any flatbed vehicle or trailer available at the site. It can be easily dismantled and removed to a storage area when the work is completed.
This module has water and gassing liquid tanks and can be attached to almost any source of emulsion: delivery truck, ISO tank, IBC or other type of container. This feature permits to minimize shut down time for re-filling and accelerates charging operations.
Electronic control system guarantees safe production and flexibility of operational parameters. This enables quick and easy change in the proportions of mixed ingredients and discharge rate. All vital parts of the machine like control panel and hydraulic valves are closed by stainless steel covers, when not in use, to protect them from unfavorable weather or environmental conditions.
The robust construction design and high quality components and materials enable long term operation of this module keeping its maintenance costs at extremely low level.
